DMTF’s Desktop and mobile Architecture for System Hardware (DASH) standard is a suite of specifications that takes full advantage of the organization’s Web Services for Management (WS-Management) specification – delivering standards-based web services management for desktop and mobile client systems.
The DMTF continues its ongoing dedication to management interoperability with the DASH Conformance Test Suite (CTS), which covers all versions of the DASH standard. Companies self-test their implementations and, once validated, participants can have their submission information listed in the DMTF registry.Multiple companies have already participated in the DASH Conformance Program, with nearly 200 products submitted to date. Momentum around the DASH Conformance Program continues, with a new version of the CTS expected later this year.
