DMTF’s Desktop and mobile Architecture for System Hardware (DASH) Standard version 1.2 is now available. A suite of specifications that takes full advantage of DMTF’s Web Services for Management (WS-Management) specification, DASH delivers standards-based web services management for desktop and mobile client systems.
DASH 1.2 (DSP0232) describes the conformance requirements for implementing the standard and expands CIM profiles to add new features. It also enhances existing features and recommends the use of latest TLS 1.x version. Through DASH, DMTF provides the next generation of standards for secure out-of-band and remote management of desktop and mobile systems. To review the standard or to learn more click here.
