Registration
Name badges and information will be available at the registration desk.
APTS registration opens Monday at 7:00am and the desk will be staffed each day during business hours.
The registration desk has been moved.

Meeting Rooms
Each breakout room (with a scheduled meeting) will have a speaker phone and projector. Wi-Fi Internet access will be available the entire week.

Meeting Room Directions
Below are some directions to assist in finding the meeting rooms. These directions are based on a starting point of being on the elevator in the main lobby.
- Pikes Peak Room
- LOBBY LEVEL
- Turn left, go down the long hallway and follow signs for the bar. The meeting room is directly across from the payphone at the bottom of a flight of steps. (You may also see the room labeled "Garden of the Gods" which is the adjoining room; both doors take you to the same room)
- Williams Canyon Boardroom
- LOWER LEVEL
- Turn left, follow hallway to end, turn left
- Cathedral Spires
- 2nd FLOOR
- Turn left, follow hallway to end, turn left
